The most common bracelet is a braided bracelet. Useful for work:

Design and principle of operation

The simplest version of this design is a one-way piston concrete pump. It is a hollow hydraulic cup, inside of which the piston moves. Its rod is connected through a crank with a gearbox on the rotor of the engine, and each revolution of the shaft forces the working element to move in the sleeve. In the free part of the glass, opposite each other, there are welded pipes (inlet and outlet) with installed check valves in each. It works according to the following scheme:

  • At half-turn, the engine rotor turns the crank through a reduction gear, and the crank pulls the piston rod from the glass.
  • A vacuum is created in the working chamber, and the concrete is sucked in through the inlet valve.
  • The next half-turn of the shaft pushes the piston forward.
  • Due to the increasing pressure, the inlet valve closes, and the outlet valve opens, and the solution from the glass goes into the pipeline sleeve.

Concrete is fed in one burst, which is why the mixture is simply pushed out of the sleeve in portions, rather than pouring out at a constant speed.

The technology of the piston system is so simple that it will not be difficult to make such a concrete pump on your own. It must be remembered that the working head wears out quickly due to friction in the glass. And if it is frayed at the edges and cannot fit snugly against the walls, it will no longer be possible to create a vacuum in the chamber. To increase the resource of the mechanism, two piston heads are placed on the rod.

What concrete pump designs exist

According to the drive type, concrete pumps are hydraulic and mechanical. By design, they are poured without piston and piston. According to the method of movement, concrete pumps are stationary and mobile. Despite the apparent variety, today two types of concrete pump are used in construction: piston (with a hydraulic drive) and rotary (with a mechanical drive).

In the rotor unit, the mixture is supplied by the rollers with which the rotor housing is equipped: in the process of rotation, they press on the feed arm and the concrete is thrown out from there. But it is very difficult to make such a concrete pump on your own, since the rotary-type design is complex, therefore, piston units are usually assembled with their own hands.

The piston unit includes three main parts:

  • Piston - actuates the cylinder
  • Cylinder - the part responsible for taking the mixture from the hopper and pumping it
  • Drive - usually chosen hydraulic or electromechanical

Single-piston units are most often used, since two-piston units require a complex design. The operation of two-piston units is carried out thanks to an electric or diesel engine, which converts hydraulic energy into mechanical energy.

Why do you need roof waterproofing

The main purpose of roof waterproofing is moisture protection. The roof is more exposed to negative environmental influences than other elements of the garage structure. It is raining and snowing, and it is exposed to heat and ultraviolet light from the sun. By and large, it is the roof that protects the structure from moisture and prevents premature destruction of the materials from which it was built.

As a rule, a garage roof consists of wooden and / or metal beams, concrete slabs, insulation, battens, cladding sheets. Roofing materials are the first to take the blow of the elements and resist it, not letting water and wind into the under-roof space. But even the highest quality ones are unable to provide 100% protection to the wood and metal underneath.

Humid air will be detrimental. In the process of cooling the air masses, condensation forms, which causes rotting of wood and corrosion of metal. Therefore, all structural elements must be properly waterproofed. If you miss this point, negative consequences are inevitable:

  • the service life of the building will be significantly reduced;
  • dampness will appear inside the garage with all the consequences: fungus or mold;
  • odors will hover in the room decay of wood;
  • mustiness will appear.

The situation will be aggravated by the lack of natural or forced ventilation.
