  • Tires are pre-divided into front and side tires using a bead cutter.
  • The cut tires are loaded into a special container (retort), which is sealed and placed in the oven.
  • The furnace heats up to 450 0C and the pyrolysis process begins, during which gas is released. When the decomposition of the raw material ends, the retort is removed and replaced with a new one.
  • After cooling down, which takes several hours, the container is unloaded, separating the carbonaceous residue from the metal cord.

The procedure differs from conventional combustion in the absence of oxygen, which is necessary for combustion.

  • Less noise, smoke and embers flying to the sides. Sawdust briquettes burn out evenly, less smoke is emitted in the process, and after that there is not so much ash left as from ordinary firewood.
  • Convenience of storage and use. The shape of the briquettes allows you to spend a minimum of storage space, and it is also optimal for use in boilers with automatic fuel supply.
  • High density. It means that with the same volume, the mass of fuel will, on average, be 3 times higher than that of firewood. Convenient for transportation, the truck will carry more payload at a time.
  • Low moisture content. Such fuel from sawdust has a moisture content of about 10%, while dry wood has a moisture content in the range from 20 to 25%. Eurowoods have less useless water in weight, and less heat is spent on its evaporation.
