  • 1 tbsp. l. hoisin sauce;
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (spice);
  • 300 gr. broccoli (can be substituted for cauliflower);
  • 1 pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of red food coloring (added in the original recipe, but can be replaced with beet juice);
  • 1 liter of vegetable oil for deep frying;
  • 900 gr. chicken thighs without skin and bones, cut into 4 cm cubes;
  • 335 gr. plain flour;
  • 2 cups soda water;
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic;
  • 1/2 tsp. chopped peeled fresh ginger;
  • 2-3 feathers of green onions, cut into 5 cm pieces;
  • 1/2 white onion, diced;
  • 200 g rice.

  • Orange fresh juice, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, starch with vinegar, paprika, color mix in one container and bring to a boil and leave;
  • Add a pinch of flour to the chicken;
  • Mix the rest of the flour with soda water until a batter;
  • Heat the oil to make deep fat;
  • Dip the chicken in batter and deep-fry;
