Before brewing tea in a kettle, be sure to treat it with soda and rinse with boiling water, sterilize the jar. Do not put the mushroom on the windowsill, as it does not like direct sunlight. You don't need to put the jar in a dark place either. Sugar should only be added to the cooled tea leaves.

Over time, a film appears on the surface of the tea infusion, which slowly grows. The process is lengthy, sometimes the process takes several months. It all depends on the conditions in which the kombucha is grown. You can grow kombucha faster by adding a little apple cider vinegar (about 1/10 of the tea's volume) to your tea.

The readiness of the mushroom can be judged if the film on the surface becomes strong and becomes clearly visible, that is, it will be slightly more than 1 mm. In addition, the smell will acquire a pleasant sourish tint.

Kombucha care

When we grow kombucha, we need to watch it and wait until it grows up. Truffles are very expensive on the market and the price for 1 kilogram of such a rare product starts from 400 euros. Such a high cost of this type is associated with the following factors:

The value of each unit is measured by its size: the larger the copy, the more expensive it costs.
