Child's birthday: decoration of dishes (in pictures)

Of course, every mother wants to come up with something unusual for the birth of a child.

Almost all of my site is devoted to organizing children's home parties, so I advise you to look at the collection of articles "Birthday of a child at home"

and especially this article:

"What to cook for a child's birthday"

From experience (I have two children) I know that nothing unusual can be prepared for a children's birthday. Children always eat their usual dishes and are very reluctant to experiment. I advise you to offer the youngest guests the most ordinary treats (mashed potatoes, rice, chicken cutlets or chops, etc.), but you can decorate the dishes in some unusual way.

There is another unspoken law - not everything beautiful is tasty. Now, looking at the pictures, you yourself will draw this conclusion. Don't make too many edible decorations. Children will be happy to consider several vegetable and fruit animals on the table, and then they will start tasty food, even if it is not decorated with ladybirds and bees.

For table decoration, there are gorgeous sets of disposable tableware and room decorations, matched in the same style.

For a children's party of any theme (from pirates to princesses :-)) there are tablecloths, candles, packages, invitations, caps, napkins, plates and cups, balls and garlands!

You can order at a good price here.

"Carrot"

Grate vegetables and egg - each food on a separate plate. Chop the meat finely and finely. On an oval flat plate, lay out the base of the "carrot" - a layer of potatoes in the form of a long triangle with rounded corners. Put the meat in the second layer, then the cheese, then the egg. Each layer should be lightly salted, and sour cream or yoghurt sauce should be applied between the layers. Put the carrots in the topmost layer, make a "tail" from the dill, and the "carrot" is ready.

Rectangle origami modules

For folding elements, as a rule, use A4 colored or office paper. There is special paper for modular origami, but its price is much higher. The sheet is divided lengthwise into 4 identical parts, and across - into 4 or 8 parts. In the diagrams, the dimensions are indicated, respectively, 1/16 (53x74 mm) and 1/32 (37x53 mm).

  • Fold the rectangle in half lengthwise.
  • To outline the centerline, fold the sheet across in half and unfold. Lay the workpiece with the fold up.
  • Fold the bottom corners up.
  • Turn the workpiece over.
  • Fold the bottom edges up.
  • Wrap the outer corners behind a triangle.
  • Expand the corners and bottom.
  • Bend the corners again along the marked lines, wrap the bottom part up.
  • Fold the module in half.

There are two pockets in the module, into which other elements are inserted, thus three-dimensional figures are assembled according to the diagrams.

Gorgeous bouquet

Needed for work:

  • Colored A4 paper;
  • Glue stick;
  • Ruler;
  • Scissors;
  • Simple pencil;
  • Corrugated paper;
  • Colored pencils;
  • Electrical tape.

For one flower, you need to make 190 triangular modules: 80 for the middle and 110 for the petals.

Take paper and cut into rectangles.

We need to make a module. Fold the rectangle in half lengthwise. Then again in half, but across, and fold back. Take the corners of the resulting strip and fold them to the fold in the middle. Then turn over, lift the bottom edge up, make a fold and bend back. Tuck the corners inward and wrap the entire bottom edge up again. Fold the resulting triangle in half.

Make the required number of such modules.

The middle of the flower is made of 4 rows of 20 modules. Take 2 modules of the first row and insert them into the pockets of the module of the second row.

Today we're going to talk about how creative decorating children's meals can be. A photo selection of decorating dishes for a children's birthday, which can be a source of ideas.

The craftsmen were not only engaged in painting, but also created figurines and whistles - toys for children - to be painted. Popular figures are people (boys and girls), a bear, a rooster. Modern masters, departing from traditions, make figures of fish, cats, owls and any other animals and animals, but they leave the same technique of Gzhel painting.

Fishing History

The first official mention of the region was found in the Spiritual Charter of Kalita, dated 1328, but it is proved that the Gzhel settlements existed and were actively engaged in various crafts back in the 11th century, although pottery was not included in the official list of duties to the sovereign's court entered. The region became the main supplier of Gzhel clay and finished products for “pharmaceutical needs” only in the 17th century under Tsar Alexei.

The main difference between Gzhel painting is its originality and individual style. In the beginning, these were stucco toys and household items with beautiful and bright majolica, but gradually art and craftsmanship developed, became more perfect. Decorative dishes and sets of dishes, tall kumgans with a disc-shaped body appeared. Small plastic in the form of kitchen utensils and toys has also become widespread, captivating with its simple drawings and pictures, landscapes, and floral ornaments.

Since the 19th century, the production of semi-faience has been established on the territory of Gzhel, which has become a transition period from traditional majolica to fine faience and porcelain. The decoration used the characteristic underglaze painting of deep blue shades, monochrome patterns, polychrome overglaze pattern, an abundance of gold and a unique cobalt background covering.

Particularly famous are the products manufactured at the factories of Terekhovs, Barmins, as well as the Brothers Kuznetsovs, Kiselevs, Zhadins, Tulins.

Dried Fruit Gift

He will surprise and delight the birthday man who adheres to a healthy lifestyle. Plus such a presentation - in complete freedom of creativity. After all, you can build anything you want. There are various ways of decorating: wrapping paper, saucer, cardboard box, transparent mica with ribbons, wicker basket, floral net. It is enough to choose the desired range of wrappers and pack in it what the recipient of the gift likes to eat. It can be not only dry fruits, but also nuts, tea, honey, berries or coffee. The main thing is to take into account the addressee's taste preferences before making a bouquet of dried fruits.

Bouquets

Their peculiarity is that they will never fade and will benefit the body. And they will also delight the eye, because everyone can come up with a work of art, not a prefabricated hodgepodge of dry fruits. So you can lay out a whole picture from the fruits in the form of a seven-flower, cake, Asian motifs, forest glade, spiral, animal, sun or chamomile. It will be chic to back up the congratulatory speech with a thematic gift. For this, products are selected in one color scheme:

  • Orange is a symbol of positive mood and money. Such an atmosphere will be created by dried apricots, apples, peaches, mangoes, kumquats, papaya.
  • Pink is a sign of romance and personal happiness. Dried strawberries, rose hips, barberries, cranberries will provide a similar mood.
  • Brown is an attribute of home warmth and stability. This will be indicated by figs, raisins, prunes and dates.

To create the illusion of flowers with stems from food components, they are strung on skewers 25 cm long or toothpicks. After that, all the ingredients are attached to a cardboard frame. It serves as the basis for the composition. Then it is decorated with interlining. An alternative is to connect each skewer alternately to each other on tape. Then pack the resulting bouquet with paper. But the packaging can also be a transparent film, silence, kraft, uncoated, corrugated, holographic or crepe paper. If such a bouquet of dried fruits with your own hands for beginners seems difficult, you can resort to another option.

Box

When there is no time to create a frame and decorate the package, you can put the dried fruits in a hatbox or cardboard box, pasted over with wrapping paper, sequins, foil, rhinestones or ribbons. But here, too, there is a mechanism of action. First, each fruit is skewered. The resulting "bouquet" is tied with a rope and stuck into a floristic sponge, tight dough or foam. Then the base is inserted into the box. To give such a present a culinary shade, it is permissible to apply baking sprinkles or powdered sugar to the bouquet.

Cart

Before collecting a bouquet of dried fruits in a basket of "tasty" flowers, they also have to be strung on skewers. This procedure is done with dried apricots, prunes and kumquats. to make the composition look diverse, the figs are pre-cut into two parts, and then each of them is put on a skewer, leaving the inside out. To get a "pineapple flower", you first need to squeeze a pineapple wedge, and then secure the folds with a few skewers. To create "mango roses", the dry fruit is cut lengthwise into two pieces. Then one piece is twisted in a spiral, the rest are wound on it in the same way. This is done until a rose of the required diameter is obtained. To secure the resulting flower, it is tied with twine and tied in a knot. After that, the rose is planted on 3 wooden sticks. Once all the fruits are strung, the basket is prepared. "Oasis" (floristic foam or foam rubber) wrapped in cling film is inserted into it. All skewers are cut at an angle with a secateurs and inserted into the sponge. It is better to form the composition starting from the edges. Small skewers are inserted here. Closer to the center, larger sticks are installed so that the composition does not look flattened. Dried fruits can be displayed by sector: group of prunes, kumquat, dried apricots. All rows are laid out tightly to each other. It is also possible to alternate dry fruits. It all depends on the picture that will be laid out. Based on this, you should choose products.

From nuts and viburnum on the frame

An interesting holiday surprise can be a bouquet of various species, decorated with viburnum berries and assembled on a frame. Unpeeled peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts, using a hot glue gun, attach to a skewer, form twigs. A bouquet will be formed from them in the future. In this case, it is best to make a frame, which we cut out of cardboard, attach a wire to it and decorate it with shell halves. We insert it into the frame, fill the empty parts with bunches of viburnum berries. For everyone who wants to try to make a present on their own, there is a video tutorial on step-by-step design on the YouTube channel. om, where the florist shows you how to do it.
