  • haddock - 1 kg;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • tomatoes - 150 g;
  • sour cream - 150 g;
  • refined vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • fresh dill - 20 g;
  • water - 150 ml;
  • wheat flour - 100 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

  • Wash and peel the haddock carcasses, dry with a kitchen towel, cut into large pieces, roll in flour mixed with salt and pepper.
  • Wash and peel vegetables. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin, cut into small pieces of arbitrary shape. Cut the onion into thin halves or quarters of the rings. Chop the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, put onions and carrots in it. Run the machine for 15 minutes in frying or baking mode. After 7-8 minutes, add tomatoes to the onions and carrots, wait until the end of the program.
  • Place the pieces of fish on the vegetable pillow. Fill it with sour cream diluted with water. Turn on the multicooker in the simmering mode for 35 minutes, 5-10 minutes before the end of the program, add finely chopped dill to the haddock.

According to this recipe, haddock turns out to be tender and juicy, tomatoes and sour cream give it a pleasant sourness.

  • haddock - 0.3-0.4 kg;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • carrots - 100 g; <
  • tomatoes - 0.2 kg;
  • bell peppers - 0.2 kg;
  • water - 0.2 l;
  • mayonnaise or sour cream - 20 ml;
  • tomato paste - 20 ml;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste;
  • flour, refined vegetable oil - how much will it take.

  • Cut onion and bell peppers into quarters of rings, tomatoes into slices. Grate the carrots coarsely.
  • Cut the haddock into steaks, bread in flour. Run the Frying or Baking program for 20 minutes. Fry the fish for 5-6 minutes, put it on a plate. Put vegetables in its place and fry them until the end of the program.
  • Lay out the vegetables, mix them with mayonnaise or sour cream, add tomato paste, salt and seasonings. Put the haddock at the bottom of the multicooker, and the vegetable mixture on it.
  • Fill the food with water and run the multicooker on simmering mode for 35-40 minutes.

An appetizer prepared according to this recipe will be delicious not only hot, but also cold.

Elk cabbage soup on bone

  • elk meat on the bone - 1 kg;
  • white cabbage - 0.8 kg;
  • potatoes - 0.2 kg; <

  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • fresh dill - 10 g;
  • laurel leaves - 2 pcs .;
  • refined vegetable oil - 40 ml;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • water - 3-3.5 l.

  • Wash the elk, cut off excess fat. Place the meat in a saucepan. Add the peeled onion and half the prescribed amount of carrots to it. Pour cold water over the meat and place on the stove. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes, skimming off the foam. Reduce heat and cook meat for 2.5 hours. Half an hour before elk meat is ready, add laurel leaves and salt to a saucepan with it.
  • Remove the meat from the broth, cool, strain the broth, discard the used vegetables. Place finely chopped cabbage and medium-sized diced potatoes in the broth. Cook them for 20 minutes.
  • During this time, grate the carrots, finely chop the remaining onion, garlic and dill. Dice the tomatoes. Fry onions and carrots in a pan in heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Add onions, carrots, garlic and tomatoes to the soup. Cook the food for 5 minutes. Add dill and pepper. At the same stage, add finely chopped boiled elk. Let the cabbage soup boil for another 5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat.

Before serving, cabbage soup is usually seasoned with sour cream; it will not be superfluous in this soup either.

Finnish elk soup

  • elk flesh - 0.6 kg;
  • water - 2 l;
  • potatoes - 0.3-0.4 kg ;
  • carrots - 100 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • celery stalks - 100 g;
  • dried parsnips - 2 -3 g;
  • fresh parsley - 20 g;
  • cloves - 2 pcs .;
  • salt, black peppercorns, laurel leaves - to taste.

  • Wash the moose meat, remove the films and put in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. After 10 minutes, remove the foam, reduce heat and cook for an hour and a half. Add salt and seasoning and continue cooking the meat for 30 minutes. Remove the elk from the broth, strain the liquid.
  • Wash and peel vegetables. Cut the celery stalks into slices about 1 cm thick, cut the potatoes into cubes about 2 cm in size. Cut the onion into small cubes, coarsely grate the carrots.
  • Cut the meat into portions, return it to the broth. When the saucepan is boiling again, add all the vegetables except the potatoes. After 10 minutes, add the potatoes. Continue cooking the soup for a quarter of an hour.
  • Season the soup with chopped parsley, boil it for 5 minutes and serve.

When pouring the soup into bowls, make sure that approximately the same amount of meat is included in each serving.
