Ivan Mistyukov came to the traffic police in 1948, after he was demobilized from the army.

- When I entered the service of the police, I was sent to the RUD platoon (traffic regulation), - Ivan Sergeevich recalled in a conversation with the correspondent of "MOYO!" - There were 30 of us, 15 of whom were girls. The service was very difficult. Not only did we have to regulate traffic and keep order on the roads, but we also had to, for example, deliver drunk passers-by to the sobering-up centers. Hooliganism, street riots - also to us. We always carried directories with us with the addresses of hotels, pharmacies, hospitals and other things. If citizens approached us with a request to give directions, we were obliged to help them.

Until a ripe old age, the legendary Voronezh traffic cop was in the ranks: he participated in various ceremonial events of the traffic police, met with schoolchildren. In the last years of his life, Ivan Sergeevich struggled with cancer.

"MY!" expresses sincere condolences to the family and friends of Ivan Sergeevich, as well as to everyone who was lucky enough to know and work with this wonderful person.
