For two years now, I have completely abandoned peat when growing seedlings, having tried a new product - "Orechnin". This coconut substrate has been on the market not so long ago and you may not have even heard of it yet. But I saw from my own experience how it has a beneficial effect on plant growth. And not only seedlings. I share my impressions with the readers of the channel.
Instead of large bags of peat, I now have neat bricks - briquettes, which are enough to soak with hot water (60-70 degrees) and get from 4 liters (depending on the volume of the package) of the substrate. After the soil has swollen, the excess water can be simply squeezed out.
If you need to get a smaller amount, then you can lower only part of the briquette into the water. As it swells, it will crack and the second rug can be dried on the battery until the next time.
I mix "Orechnin" with purchased soil, soil, vermicompost and get a wonderful moisture-absorbing and porous soil for seedlings and flowers. I use it for planting seeds, and for picking seedlings in cups.
Orechnin can also be used many times!
"Orechnin", added to the soil, promotes the development of the root system of plants, and also fights mold and harmful microorganisms. Unlike peat, it is hardly attacked by fungi. Coconut substrate maintains looseness and porosity of the soil, which is better saturated with water and enriched with oxygen. The Sagentsy very quickly get used to the soil and grow actively.
Thanks to these characteristics, the coconut substrate is ideal for growing organic vegetables and fruits.
USEFUL ADVICE! As an adherent of natural environmentally friendly farming, I add "Shining-2" or "Bokashi" to Orechnin. Liquid EM preparations such as "Vostok" and "Baikal" are also possible. They allow you to revive the soil, populate it with a beneficial microflora, which suppresses diseases and prepares additional organic food from the coconut substrate for cucumbers, tomatoes and other vegetables.

Conversely, if you purchased a cheap thermal paste for a laptop that is used in hot conditions, it may last no more than a year.
You can understand this by observing the temperature of the processor. If it exceeds 45 degrees in idle mode, or more than 65 degrees in operation mode, this indicates that the thermal paste in the laptop (computer) needs to be replaced.
