What to cook for minced chicken dinner: quick and tasty - and it's not just cutlets

Minced chicken cutlets with oatmeal

  • minced chicken - 0.5 kg;

  • Pour oatmeal with warm milk, leave for 10 minutes to swell, then combine with minced meat, egg and finely chopped onion. Add salt, pepper, knead the minced meat with your hands and put it in the refrigerator for a while.
  • Moisten your hands with water so that the minced meat does not stick to them, form cutlets from it, each weighing about 70-80 g. Dip in breadcrumbs.
  • Heat oil in a skillet, add cutlets and fry them over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes, covered, transfer to a plate.

You can also steam cutlets according to this recipe, while rice or potatoes are boiled in the main container. When steamed, they will be ready in 20-25 minutes.

Minced chicken balls with cheese (oven)

  • minced chicken - 0.5 kg;
  • soft cheese - 100 g;
  • sweet pepper - 100 g;
  • hard cheese - 150 g;
  • onions - 100 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • chicken egg - 1 pcs .;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste.

  • Mix the minced meat with the egg, 100 g of finely grated hard cheese, chopped onions and pepper as finely as possible, and garlic passed through a press. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide the minced meat portions into round baking tins. Make indentations in each portion.
  • Cut the soft cheese into cubes according to the number of tins filled with minced meat. Spread the cheese into the resulting grooves, cover it with minced meat.
  • Place the mince tins in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, sprinkle the remaining hard cheese on the balls and continue baking for 10 minutes.

Balls with cheese filling will appeal to both adult eaters and children.

Scotch minced egg

  • minced chicken - 0.5 kg;
  • chicken egg - 5 pcs .;
  • wheat flour - 50 g;
  • salt, seasonings - to taste;
  • refined vegetable oil - to taste.

  • Salt and pepper the minced chicken, form 4 cakes from it.
  • Hard-boil four eggs, put on the minced cakes, form balls with eggs in the center.
  • Spread the remaining uncooked egg over the balls and roll in flour.
  • Fry the products in a deep frying pan or saucepan, placing them in a large amount of boiling oil.
