Cooking is really easy! But it was very difficult to find a way of cooking. Many did not believe that this was possible, some doubted. But thanks to the help of two wonderful people hiding under the nicknames freziya and brem, we still managed to find a basic recipe. I slightly modified and supplemented it and now I offer it to you :) For those who still doubt - the photos of the cookies are all real! A wonderful option for healthy, hypoallergenic baked goods!

What you need:

Oat flakes "Hercules" - 25 tablespoons (without a slide) Vegetable oil (in my case, corn, deodorized) - 100 ml Hot boiled water - 100 ml Pear (soft, ripe) - 1 pc. Dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes) - about 1 cup (200 ml) Soda - 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar - 1/2 teaspoon baking paper (optional, but highly recommended)

A medium grind is preferred, although coarse flakes are fine. But instant porridge like Bystroff, etc. - we are not comrades in this matter. Pour the flakes into a bowl. Add a mixture of hot water and vegetable oil. To stir thoroughly. Cover with a lid or plate. Let stand so that the flakes swell a little.

Meanwhile, finely chop dried apricots and prunes. The smaller the better! Do not forget to remove the bones first :))

Step 3 Peel the pear, remove the seeds and chop finely or mash with a fork.

Mix cereal, pear and dried fruit. Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet. This will greatly facilitate your subsequent cleaning, i.e. paper will protect the baking sheet from contamination and do not have to be washed, wipe it with a cloth or sponge as much as possible. Spoon the mixture onto the paper and shape into cookies. You should have “pancakes” about 5 cm in diameter and about 0.5 cm in height. later they can fall apart when you put them on a dish.

"Turbinki" are delicious, soft-crumbly shortbread cakes with a layer of fruit jam and thickly sprinkled with powdered sugar. Such cakes can be found and bought in specialty stores "Gastronomy". And I bake them myself - after all, homemade ones are much tastier! I found the recipe long ago on the Internet and it turned out to be very successful!

Beat eggs with sugar until whitening.

Add softened butter, milk, baking soda and salt, mix well.

Then add sifted flour and knead a soft, elastic dough, divide it into 2 parts.

Roll out each part of the dough into a rectangle 0.5 cm thick.
